You don’t have to be an admitted student to get started at Cal Poly ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. Open University is designed for learners at every stage of life who want to grow, explore, and achieve more. Classes can be taken at the undergraduate and graduate levels with all required approvals. Students may transfer in a maximum of 24 undergraduate units and 9 graduate units to a Cal Poly ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ degree.

Open University offers registration each Fall, Spring, and Summer. Dates vary by term and are listed on the term calendar, and enrollment is finalized once tuition is paid in full or the first payment of an approved payment plan is made.
