- Students matriculated prior to Fall 2022* are required to file a Graduate Contract (“Program of Study) before the sixth week of their second semester of residence. Please consult your thesis advisor and fill out the Excel workbook above. Save the Print Version of your contract, then access the online submission details here. *This workbook should also be filled out by 2022-23 students and later. It is still an imporant advising tool helpful for monitoring progress toward the MS degree.

- Stop-Out Policy:
- Only one semester of non-enrollment (not including summer term) is permitted. Graduate students with two semesters or more of non-enrollment are automatically dropped from the MS Geology program and will need to re-apply. If you anticipate a delay in your studies, please apply for a Leave of Absence . Link to E-form.
