Purchasing Platforms

CSUBUY provides the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and eMarketplace platforms, making it easy and efficient to shop for your business needs.

P2P - Coming Soon

CSUBUY Procure-to-Pay (P2P) is a comprehensive platform that streamlines the entire purchasing process—from sourcing to payment—across the CSU system. Use the P2P system for standard or custom purchases with catalog and non-catalog suppliers. This is also the platform to purchase computers and laptops.

eMarketplace

CSUBUY eMarketplace is a digital shopping platform that connects CSU campuses with a wide range of suppliers in one unified system. Use the eMarketplace for P-Card purchases only. Please note: computers, laptops, tablets, and any device that stores data (such as portable hard drives) cannot be purchased here.

Post Launch Office Hours & User Labs

Following P2P go-live, additional hands-on support will be available in February through Office Hours and User Labs.


Office Hours

Office Hours are open Zoom sessions where users can log in, ask questions, and get help with specific P2P tasks or workflows.

When: Monday–Friday, Beginning the week of January 26 through February

User Labs

User Labs focus on specific P2P topics each week and provide guided, hands-on practice in the system. Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops.

When: Tuesday & Thursday, Beginning in February

Where: Tuesdays - In person; Wednesdays - Zoom

Lab Schedule:
 - Week 1: Navigation, requisition form, shopping, and punchouts
 - Week 2: Requisition review and approval
 - Week 3: Purchase orders and receiving
 - Week 4: Voucher payment status and reporting
