The University Housing Conference Services team would like to welcome you to our campus. We are pleased to offer any assistance that you may need during your stay.

Check-In/Out Process

Check-In Procedures

We request that guests have a form of identification on hand upon their arrival. This allows our team to verify identification and streamline the check-in process for your group. Each guest will receive 1 key card and 1 hard key (if applicable) in their key sleeve. Our team will demonstrate how to operate the keys respectively

Check-Out Procedures

Upon departure, guests are expected to dispose of any trash in their room and double check for all personal belongings. All keys must be returned (preferably in their original sleeve) to our team at your programs designated check-out location.

Guests can call our Front Desks every night that groups are staying with us from 5:00pm - 11:00pm.
