Search for an appointment

To search for a specific appointment, you can filter the list by Academic Year and/or Department Id and/or Form type and/or Faculty Bronco ID. 

you can filter by selecting the required values from the drop downs, once you select all the values you can click on the search button , if you want to reset the values and clear the search you can click 

The Edit Appointment screen will be activated once you click on   hyperlink.

The appointment screen will activate the fields that are eligible to edit as shown in the following screenshot

The Fields that are eligible to edit are:

Field	Explanation
	Click on the Edit appointment link to activate the Edit functionality.
	This will allow you to change the appointment type to any of the types that are available in the dropdown list, this will change the PDF file accordingly.
	This will allow you to change the status of the Appointment from active to inactive and vice versa, since there is no delete option for appointment in the application you can change the status to inactive and the hours of that appointment won't be cunted to the total hours for that faculty member.
	You can edit and change the appointment title in this section.
	You can edit and change the appointment description in this section.
	You can change the department Id for the appointment by selecting another ID from the dropdown list.
	You can edit and change the appointment position number in this section.
	You can edit and change the appointment chart field string in this section.
	You can edit and change the appointment Dean/Director in this section
	You can edit and change the appointment salary in this section, once you enter the new salary and click on Update the TBE, FTE, and Daily rate will be automatically recalculated.
	You can edit and change the appointment fraction in this section.
	You can edit and change the appointment Period in this section.
	Click on Update once all the updates are done.

1. Click on Print Form to open a new browser tab containing the appointment details in a print-friendly format. 

2. The form will open in a new page. The layout may vary depending on the appointment or form type, but it will look similar to the example shown. 

3. To print or save the file, open the browser’s print menu by selecting the three-line (“hamburger”) menu in the top-right corner of the browser, or by pressing Ctrl + P on your keyboard. This will open the Print dialog box, similar to the example below. 

4. In the Print dialog, set Destination to “Print to PDF.”
Then choose a location on your computer where you would like to save the PDF version of the appointment.

Note: Printing or saving to PDF using the steps above will include both the appointment form and the memorandum in the final document.

The Working Dates screen will be activated once you click on working dates tab:

The first section will show the working dates entered for the current appointment like so:

You can see each working date's assigned semster, date, the number of hours worked on that date and the total number of hours from all working dates in the appointment.

To remove a working date for an appointment select thebutton.

To insert a new working date go to the following Insert New Working Date Section: 

Field	Explanation
	You can select the desired Semester in this section.
	You can select the desired year for the Calendar view in this section.
	You can select the desired month for the Calendar view in this section.
	You can edit/add form hours by inputting the number of hours worked on a date in this section.

To submit the changes select the  button. This will update the Working Dates for the appointment.
