The Philosophy Department at Cal Poly ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ has organized its programs to meet both the abstract and the practical philosophical interests of its students. Our programs allow students to pursue the traditional questions about the nature of truth, knowledge, justice and reality while examining the relevance of these questions to the problems of contemporary society.

The Philosophy Department at Cal Poly ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ invites students and the campus community to join Philosophy Day, a special event featuring guest speakers, open discussions, alumni and student panels, and opportunities to engage with philosophical questions. Attendees can ask philosophers their unsettled questions and explore topics such as ethics, artificial intelligence, relationships, and more. |
