ETS and the Polytechnic Approach

Educational Talent Search (ETS) is dedicated to the Cal Poly ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½’s polytechnic spirit of learning by doing, and service to the surrounding communities. Cal Poly ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ students (both undergraduate and graduate) are hired during the academic year as tutors/peer advisors for the after school tutoring sessions, workshop facilitators, and peer advisors providing academic advising. Volunteer, leadership, and/or community service opportunities are available throughout the academic year and summer months for Cal Poly ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ students desiring service hours for clubs, fraternities/sororities, or professional organizations. Interested Cal Poly students, or faculty/staff should contact the project director for any of the above opportunities.
