About the Program
The PolyTransfer Summer Transition Program is designed for incoming transfer students to develop a sense of belonging to Cal Poly ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ (CPP) through engagement with their peers, CPP faculty, staff, and resources. You will learn more about the CPP community and how to be successful at CPP.
Summer 2026 Transition Program Dates: July 16th -18th
Learning Outcomes
Students who join us for the Summer Transition Program will have the opportunity to:
- Get familiar with tools, resources, services, and programs
- Receive a peer mentor who can provide guidance during the first academic year at CPP
- Find a sense of belonging and community by connecting with faculty, staff, and other transfer students
Program Benefits
