Employer Training Panel (ETP) Overview
- ETP is a California state funded agency that provides funds for incumbernt woker training
- The funds are collected from California employers through a special payroll tax
Your company has contributed to this. Now is the time for your workforce to benefit!
ETP Eligibility
• must contribute to the California Unemployment Insurance Fund
• must have a valid California Employer Account Number (CEAN) or Sales Tax ID
• must be full-time (35+ hours/week) and work in California
• must meet the ETP wage requirements
• remain employed for a minimum of 90 days post-training
